Join us in making history on December 1, 2008 as three HIV/AIDS treatment organizations in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal unite for the 20th anniversary of International World AIDS Day with concerts in each city. “Voices of Hope / Voix D’Espoir” will be a truly national event marking World AIDS Day in Canada.

The Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation (Vancouver), Casey House (Toronto) and La Maison du Parc (Montréal) will coordinate concerts between November 28 – December 1, 2008, with the goal to raise public awareness within Canada about HIV/AIDS and prevention, to honour the lives that have been lost around the world, and to call for increased support and dignity for all people who experience ongoing stigma and discrimination because of their disease. Approximately every 2 hours, someone in Canada is infected with HIV/AIDS.

The Toronto Concert: Monday, December 1 (World AIDS Day), 7 p.m.
Suggested $20 donation at the door
Location: Metropolitan United Church, 56 Queen St. E (At Church St)
Organized by Casey House
